James I. Valentine - Chairman
His particular expertise involves the organization and financing of emerging growth companies involved in infrastructure and services where he has served in a variety of key management positions as well as a financier. His experience has included being the Chairman of Tri Alpha Energy, Chief Executive Officer of QoS Networks LTD, a company providing IP services on a global basis, and being the Chief Executive Officer of North American Wireless Inc., a company engaged in the design, construction and operation of nationwide wireless infrastructure services. Mr. Valentine was a General Partner of Montgomery Securities, serving as Managing Director of the Corporate Finance Technology Group. Mr. Valentine serves on the boards of directors of LinkCom Inc., QoS Networks, Ltd., Tri Alpha Energy, Inc. and Valentine and Company. Mr. Valentine received his BA with high honors from the University of Florida and his Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School.
Keith B. Young - CEO
His particular expertise involves the organization and operation of Information Technology development enterprises. His experience has included being the Chief Technology Officer for Indigo Engine, Chief Information Officer of High Tech Services, Director of Development for the Association of American Railroads, Director of Development for TenFold, Inc., Senior Consultant with International Business Machines (IBM), a Senior Manager responsible for Information Management at Carter Hawley, Hales’ Information Services Division, and President of Borg Engineering.
